Oversee short and long-term financial and manag erial reporting. Manages day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBook s, producing reports as requested. Assists Executive Director and Board in creating annual organizational budget an d monitoring cash flow. Manages grantor contracts and reimbursement requests. Administers payroll and employee benefits and organizational insurance. Ensures that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a t imely manner to internal and external parties. Develops long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans. Develops, maintain and monitor all fundraising and accounting systems and proced ures capturing all pledges, billings and receipts and for the recording of all revenue transactions, recommend and im plement improvements to systems. Prepares annual audit and be a liaison with all outside vendor.
