STAGES 1.Warmer & checking attendance TIME 3 TS AND SS ACTIVITY -the teacher and the students greet each other; - the teacher checks students attendance. -checking homework; -the students correct their mistakes in the notebooks with the help of the teacher. a) before reading - the teacher asks the students to look at the text at the beginning of the lesson and try to complete the text with the missing words; -the students work in pairs and complete the task; - the teacher checks and correct their answers. the students are asked to state their opinion on exercise 2, page 126 and try to match the words with their definitions; - the students state their opinions; b) while reading the teacher asks the students to read the text on fashion and, while reading, to try and extract the information requested in the worksheets provided by the teacher (for / against); -the students read the text, work in groups, complete the task and then communicate their answers; c) after reading the students are asked to choose the correct answer for each question at the end of the texts; -the students answer and give examples from the text; - the teacher helps them by asking 2 INTERACTION T Ss Ss - T speaking SKILLS TEACHING AIDS
