2 Important Information
Deployment Service (DLS) is supported in this AC-Win IP version.
Please note, that for the using of DLS functionality, it is needed to install the Microsoft WSE 2.0 SP3, if this is
not already installed on PC.
For this purpose please install Microsoft WSE 2.0 SP3.msi from AC-Win IP SW package. It is
enough to install only the Runtime component.
AC-Win IP V2 R3.0.0 supports the DLS Server for
- Modification of AC-Win IP configuration parameters and
- Voice over IP Security Key Distribution
For proper working of AC-Win IP in activated security mode (in corresponding HFA board
in HiPath 4000 V3.0), with key distribution by DLS server, the following setting should be done
for AC-Win IP:
- The AC-Win IP extension should have a password. This is to configure in the switch.
- The same password should be entered in Configuration Interface, dialog Main
Connection in the field Admin Password and Confirm Admin Password.
- In Configuration Interface, dialog Main Connection, for the parameter Security
Mode should be selected Full.
- In this dialog for Gatekeeper ID should be set the same value (1), as this has been set
(1) for the parameter GLOBID of HFA board in the switch.
- UTC-Time in AC-Win IP PC should be set as the same UTC-Time in switch.
DLS V2: use either V2 R2 444.000 plus patch (2008-09-22) or V2 R3 517.00 (or above)
