This document is intended to provide you with information on our capacity, skills and experience to qualify for a general contracting and construction project management opportunity. Dear Sir or Madam, We are writing to introduce ourselves as a qualified and experienced construction project management and general contracting firm for your consideration. We are confident that we will make a substantial contribution in effective budget control and management for your upcoming project(s). We are knowledgeable and specialized in all aspects of commercial and residential construction. Residential, Retail, Beauty, Medical, Dental and More... We are especially proud of our experience in working with a wide variety of professional designers, architects, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and trades people covering all aspects of commercial and residential design-build construction. We also have significant experience and knowledge in design-build custom millwork, whether it be for residential or commercial custom cabinetry. We are fully bilingual and are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and with tight deadlines. We pay a great deal of attention to detail. Our oral communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, critical-thinking and job task planning and organizational skills are excellent. We are conscientious and meet with requirements of significant use of memory, physical fitness, finding and acquiring information as well as computer use that are associated with managing a construction project. Our other specific skills are in planning, organizing, directing and controlling daily operations, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, elaborate construction schedules and monitoring progress. We review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. We establish and implement policies and procedures for security and quality control, select trade sub-contractors and co-ordinate their activities, and oversee national, provincial and municipal data, submit for permits, plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase of building materials, rentals and others. We prepare all reports and monitor, coordinate and manage all financial aspects of the construction project. Our experience and knowledge are accredited and attached are references and information for your review.
