TUITION FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

TWO YEAR FULL TIME POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES: PGP ACM, PGP PEM, PGP REUIM & PGP IFDM

(2012-14)
The details of total tuition fee are given below payable for two year full time Post Graduate Programme. The security deposit (Rs. 3000/-) is refundable on completion of the programme (after adjustment of dues if any, from the student). The tuition fee includes admission fee, term registration fee and other charges, i.e., fees for computer workshop, construction practice workshop, managerial skills workshop, examinations, evaluation, thesis work and assessments, library and students welfare fund, subscription to NICMAR Journal etc. The institute provides a free group accident insurance and group mediclaim policy which covers all students for a period of 2 years from the date of admission. The following conditions apply to payment of fees and other dues. i. The fees and other dues payable at the time of admission would be mentioned in the Admission Letter. ii. The Fees are payable as per the schedule given, otherwise there will be Late Fee charges as follows: Rs.100 for first seven days and thereafter Rs.150 per day of delay. Hostel and mess fees are additional. iii. The above fee includes the cost of 2 NICMAR T-shirts, one tie and one student bag.

The Schedule of Payment of Fees is given below: 1. At the time of admission [Tuition Fee Rs. 95,000, Admission Fee Rs. 5,000] On commencement of Term II and within 7 days of it. On commencement of Term IV and within 7 days of it. Rs.1,00,000 + Rs.10,300 (ST) = Rs. 1,10,300

The Schedule of Payment of Fees is given below: 1. At the time of admission [Tuition Fee Rs. 85,000, Admission Fee Rs. 5,000] On commencement of Term II and within 7 days of it. On commencement of Term IV and within 7 days of it. Rs. 90,000 + Rs. 9,270(ST) = Rs. 99,270

HOSTEL AND LIVING EXPENSES Hostel accommodation is available at Pune, Goa and Hyderabad campuses. Girl students granted admissions are housed separately. Pune campus has four hostels, which together provide 400 single occupancy and 40 shared occupancy for students of Post Graduate Programmes. Capacity expansion of the hostels for boys and girls is currently in progress at Pune Campus. Hyderabad campus has two hostels which provide 65 shared occupancy rooms. Goa campus hostel has capacity for 120 students on sharing basis. Attempt is made that all girl students who need hostel are given accommodation. For boy students, the accommodation is offered in the order of the merit list for admission prepared by the Admission Department. All students have to rigorously abide by the code of conduct issued by the institute.

The schedule of payment of NICMAR hostel fees is as under: Hostel fee should be paid between commencement of each trimester and 7 days from it. The institute mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR under the supervision of the Manager, Premises and Services (P&S). The manager, according to the suggestion of Students Co-ordinator, prepares menu on weekly basis. Mess package charge is Rs. 125 per day per head. Package includes Breakfast with tea, Buffet Lunch, Evening snacks with tea and Buffet Dinner. Hostel and mess fees are payable together for the entire term within 7 days of the commencement of the term. In case of any delay, a late fine of Rs. 75/- per day will be payable for the first 7 days, after which fine will be Rs.125/- per day. The hostel and mess fees once paid are non-refundable or non-transferable. Mess facility is mandatory for all students staying in NICMAR Hostels within campus and outside campus. Typically, the total living expenses including hostel, mess and others at Pune / Hyderabad / Goa campuses are approx. Rs.7,500 per month.
