Part 8: Notes for completion of the Section 82A Review Application

Note 1 If the DA was determined under delegated authority by a council officer, the review will be made by the Small Permits Appeals Panel. If the decision was made by the Council or the Central Sydney Planning Comittee (CSPC) and where a SEPP 1 objection has been lodged, the application will be reviewed by Council or CSPC. Note 2 Fees are payable in accordance with the City of Sydney's Schedule of Fees and Charges current at the time of lodgement. Note 3 Under Section 147 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, any reportable political donation to a Councillor and / or any gift to a Councillors or Council employee within a two (2) year period before the date of this application must be publicly disclosed.
