On December 10th the Sizzling Seniors met at the Trempealeau Hotel for lunch. Instead of a Christmas present exchange, members brought food for the G.E.T. Food Pantry. We donated a grocery cart full of food that was warmly received by the food pantry. This time of year there is a great need. The Sizzling Seniors meet on Tuesday and Thursday morn-

ings from 910 am. We use hand weights on Tuesdays and stretch bands on Thursdays. Everyone is welcome as we meet in the village community center. We are sponsored by the Village of Trempealeau. No dues or attendance is taken. Just a good workout and some line dancing at the end of the program. We look forward to seeing you in the future.
