Results need to be achieved fast, affordably, free of errors and in a unique way to establish brand identity.
From a strategic perspective, the ability to address emerging challenges fast is through having the best resources across all functions at the four-corners of the world. That is tough! So how? To overcome this resource limitation, nations and firms have to create alliances smart partnerships with others. Sharing and complementing core resources are the best way to move forward, however there are downsides. Alliances, in the working mode need teams that are able to work in a multi-cultural environment. They need goal oriented, people savvy teams, comprising individuals that are able to connect with others easily Smart Partnership at the workplace are essential in managing alliances in business and in strategic projects. These teams, involved in strategic business alliances, and international ventures will need to understand smart partnership values and principles in order to keep these alliances sustainable. But getting the team to embrace the smart partnership values is not the end, it is just the beginning. What will be expected of these teams and individuals is to DELIVER the RESULTS.

Communication is so important to leaders of companies, and in a survey of Fortune 500 vice presidents shows that 97.7 percent of them believed that communication skills had affected their advancement to a top executive position.
CEO's from 5000 US companies from a wide range of industries and sizes were asked What are the three most important things you have learned in order to perform your role as an executive? They ranked communication as number one.
I communicate a loton my blog, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube. I also process around 300-400 emails a day and who knows how many text messages. But recently I spent some time sorting and categorizing my database of more than 10,000 contacts, and I had a startling realization. While I might be communicating with tens of thousands of people every day, outside of encounters with my immediate family and business team, I am not really connecting or fostering very many real relationships at all. Im whats called a mile wide and an inch deep, and thats not how you strike oil! Ive been mistaking communication for connection.

Competency is driven by motivation. Without motivation to do something well, you will get mediocre workers.
