The Model Universal Security Law Act is based upon the Law of Logic, which is Universally Valid. Logic is defined as that which is not illogical. That which is illogical is defined as that which involves a logical contradiction, such as attempting to assert that (A) and (not A) can exist at and in the same time and in the same place. Any intentional use of a fallacious logical contradiction as the basis for any statement, argument, proof, or action, is what is known as an illegal, immoral, unethical, and seriously sinful act of sophistry, which is a violation of the Model Universal Security Law Act. Thus, natural law prohibits sophistry. Moreover, natural is binding on all persons and or existants on the basis that The Law of Logic is Objective and Universal in that its validity can be proven in the first instance with concrete logic, and it cannot be rationally disproven. Thus, concrete logic proves that it is impossible for an (A)pple to be in a persons left hand at and in the same time as there is no(t) (A)pple. Thus, the Law of Logic which is attributed in the first instance to Aristotle and Alexander the Great, Emperor of Greece, is universally binding on all persons, objectively.

The charge of illegal and criminal sophistry can include the follow sophistric fallacies: 1. The fallacy of Shifting Ground. 2. The fallacy of Hypocrisy. 3. The fallacy of Jumping to a Conclusion. 4. The fallacy of assuming that which is, is ethical or moral or legal, just because it is. 5. The fallacy of assuming that the precedent is valid based on asserting the consequent. 6. The fallacy of making an ad hominem attack and not addressing the real issue at hand. And others. All fallacies use some type of definition or reasoning which involves a logical contradiction The Model Universal Security Law Act, applies not just in the United States, not just on the Planet Earth, not just in the Earths Solar System, not just the Earths Galaxy, not just the Earths Universe, but also multidimensionally and on the Other Side, in the Spirit World. The existence of a Spirit World where a person or existant is judged is found not only in the major world religions of Hinduism, Buddism, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism, but also in the Ancient Greek World which preceded all of the foregoing religions by tens of thousands of years. Newtons Book, Journey of Souls, where each person/soul is given a life review and some education before resurrecting or reincarnating. If you read Newtons book closely, it states that there is a Universal Spirit World and in this World, the Model Universal Security Law Act applies. There is a certain amount of individual or cultural relativism involved, but this is limited by the Law of Logic, which prohibits sophistry.
