Our professional fees for anchoring the process will be

Positions upto the of Executive/Sr Executive, 8.33% of Annual Salary of the candidate Positions upto the level of Manager, 10% of annual salary of the candidate Positions from Manager upto General Manager,12% of annual salary of the candidate Positions from General Manager and above, 16% of annual salary of the candidate

General Terms and Conditions

Assignment details to be intimated in writing from the Company. Response time will not exceed five working days from the date of intimation. On selection, the Company must provide Senabi with details of the offer made to the candidate to enable follow up the joining etc and correct billing. The Company shall within 48 working hours on receipt of a resume, inform Senabi if the Company has previously received the same resume from other source/s. If the candidate leaves within 90 days, a replacement will be provided. Invoice will be raised by us immediately after joining of the candidate and payment of which will be released by the Company after 30 days thereafter Senabi and the Company shall at all times keep the information provided by each other in complete confidence.
