To handling wiring harness, plastic component ,sheetmatel, rubber component & out of Maharashtra suppler
EXPOSE TO Independently & successfully handling of 2chasers team. To achieve or exceed all requirement of higher managements in terms of QPCDSM. Better utilization of negotiation skill to work with supplier & handling supplier with highly motivated work culture with us. Responsible for overall activities related to receiving of Indent/schedule from Marketing, Releasing of supplier scheduling/triggers, progressing & follow-up, & day to day GYR & 0 breakdown on lines of plant as well as customer end also. Better utilization of FIFO, Selective inventory control tools & tech.(ABC, VED, HML etc) & Kanban (Pull.) 100% utilization of bottleneck man, m/c.
Capacity planning, Identify bottleneck & gap analysis. Day to basis review with suppliers for compliance of order, releasing of order, logistics issues. To implement & follow 5s system in dept & company also. To implement, set & develop GYR for b/o, raw, Finish part.
Productivity improvement & planning techniques Better utilization of productivity increasing techs.like as (order preparation, material planning, process planning, loading & scheduling, dispatching, progressing & follow up,Assignment model , forecasting.)
