OPTION OVERVIEW
THIS OPTION PROVIDES FOR A SINGLE-PHASE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CURRENT CHATHAM CAMPUS ON EITHER THE WEST OR EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING HOSPITAL. THE PRIORITIES FOR THE NEW EXPANDED SPACE WILL INCLUDE: Emergency Department Diagnostic Imaging Ambulatory Care Laboratory Pharmacy Rehabilitation Cardiac, Respiratory and Vascular Health Surgical Suite Sterile Processing Medical/Surgical Inpatient Units Inpatient and Outpatient Mental Health Services Complex Continuing Care Woman and Child Services Several Hospital Support Services

Note: Local costs include 10% of construction/project costs and 100% of furniture, equipment, etc. and 100% of transitional costs. All costs are in 2011 dollars based on current proposed building options. There is no consideration in these costs for future changes to the building plans and escalated costs associated with those changes and no inflation factors are included in the current costs. It can be expected that final costs will be greater than those calculated at this time.
