TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTS

BOOKINGS:
1. Bookings shall be accepted only from the authorized representatives informed to us by the Company in writing. Similarly change in any of the authorized representatives has to be informed to us in writing. 2. Personal bookings will also have to be routed through the authorized representatives of the Company who shall be responsible for the payment to us on behalf of the Employee. 3. Bookings may be given on telephone but MUST be followed by Fax/Email and for any disputes regarding date or month; only the authenticity of the Fax/Email booking will be considered. Disputes as mentioned above will not be entertained in the absence of Email booking from your side. 4. It is desirable that the company maintains a record of every booking / cancellation given to us and their request number be provided to us. Similarly our Requisition number and name of staff should be noted by your authorized representative for each booking. In case of cancellations it is important to note the timing of informing the cancellation and should also to be followed by Email.
