REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAE
The HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, through its PROSECUTORS, respectfully requests for
the issuance of subpoenae ad testificandum and subpoenae duces tecum requiring the person
named hereinbelow to attend and testify on the indicated hearings at the Senate Session Hall,
Senate of the Philippines, Pasay City, in relation to the instant impeachment proceedings:

Cash! Collection and Disbursement Division
Supreme Court of the Philippines
and to bring with him/her on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m (or on such date and
time as may be determined by the Honorable Impeachment Court), the original and certified
true copies of the pertinent portions of the Alpha List submitted by the Supreme Court for the
years 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 listing the incomes of Chief Justice Renato C. Corona for the
purpose of showing the amount of salaries paid to respondent as a member of the Supreme
Court and to show likewise the amount of taxes withheld from said salaries during this period,
