REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAE

The HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, through its PROSECUTORS, respectfully requests for the issuance of subpoenae ad testificandum and subpoenae duces tecum requiring the person named hereafter to attend and testify at the hearings indicated below at the Senate Session Hall, Senate of the Philippines, Pasay City, in relation to the instant impeachment proceedings for the purpose of proving the allegations in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3 of the impeachment complaint that respondent failed to declare his assets in his Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth.

and to bring with him/her on Wednesday, 1 February 2012 at 2:00 p.m (or on such date and time as may be determined by the Honorable Impeachment Court), the original and certified true copies of the Account Opening Form, Monthly Bank Statements for January 2005 to December 2010, and December 2011 of Bank Account No. 1443-8030-61 in the name of RENATO C. CORONA which was referred to in Exhibits VVV and VVV_11 and such other accounts that are in the name of Renata Corona and/or Cristina Corona. Pasay City, 31 January 2012.
