Responsible for maintaining the critical solar cell parameters (efficiency, voltage, current, fill factor, series and shunt resistance, Irev etc). Responsible for the analysis and reduction of electrical and optical rejection and breakage.

Responsible for the implementation of SOPs and Control Charts.
