Goals

Status of December Goals (if applicable). y Building Haskayne CIF & Quality Money applications o This project is officially shelved. I will be passing on data regarding the past CIFs to our successors, with the knowledge that a furniture purchase may make the most sense o As there is uncertainty regarding the long term location of Haskayne clubs, a full renovation is not the best use of funds. y Working toward a new Haskayne Levy o Roadblacks have shown up at the SU level, as it is now SU policy to not take on a student levy which applies only to a select group of students (as faculty levies do). o Will explore alternative solutions for student consultation My goals for January are: y Working with CUS to restructure Haskayne Club relationships y Working toward a new Haskayne Levy The steps to be taken to achieve these goals are: y New Haskayne Student Levy (NHSL) o Continue to engage SU stakeholders to convince the union of the importance of faculty levies to the long term sustainability of facultyspecific student associations and organizations. o Work with the Registrar`s office, Commerce Undergraduate Society, Haskayne Clubs, and Haskayne administration to establish a contingency plan
