From the beginning, Mubiplas Trading Sdn bhd was set-up with the customer driven determination and expectation mind set. This company had been establish since 11th May 2002 by business people who believe in keeping integrity in the market and service (trading) to ensure and committed to serve the high quality and promptly delivery of services. From a subsidiary of Federal Malay Holdings, they have kept a focus in the business as a marketing agent for the others associates company between the end users. Become a leader in the industry, with todays competitive marketplace rewards companies that set no limits on the ability to deliver excellent, as a company growth, the director of company plans for a drastic changing, with a heavy investment on buying a new plastic factory, its forte is in plastic packaging and blow mould such as singlet bags, bottle, cups, and trays. The company change its name to Mubiplas Plastic Industries Sdn bhd (MPI) on 5th July 2006 with a 40 staff include staff in production and management part. MPI product is more on pharmaceuticals product, they is the supplier of Radicare, and also for Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia. Then for the food company they supply a plastic bag for SatayKajang, Ramlee Burger, and Petronas.

Significant Moment of the Entrepreneur

One of the positive significant moment of entrepreneurs is, when she had giving a change to make a move from secretary position to the purchasing department, she have to make a deal with all the supplier, also about the resources or the material to make a plastic and so on. And she also has to involve with the management of the production, its quit hard for her because before this she dont have an experience of managing the production since she just involve at the HQ department she dont know about the operation such as production planning, how much the machine will produce in one day and many more. Besides that, when involve in production department she also has to be more alert on how to manage the machine to be non function to make sure on how much the production output that will produce because if the production is low the profit or income also will be low as well.

Mistakes made by the entrepreneurs while doing business

The unpredictable mistakes that have been done by the entrepreneur is when facing a losses, because to make this kind of production they need to find the potential customer, the capital to produce blow mould bottle, and injection mould such as cups , trays and plate, they need a big capital such as RM 20 000 up to RM 30 000. So they need to find and deal with a serious company. They had an experience of losses when they had invest on the company to make a blow mould bottle, and injection mould but at last the company close and the entrepreneurs have to face to losses.

Advice for future entrepreneur

For the future entrepreneurs, if involve in the plastic production field , its a really good investment because this is a good field to involve in because it will give back the good profit, but have to get ready for the competitors and a good strategies as well have to get a experience first as a entrepreneurs.
