Many literatures reviewed the concepts of ecology and technology. In spite of the active role of
information technology including digital technology in architecture but it did not provide clear
statements to show the relationship between eco and bio morphing with the local architecture.
The research aim is to explore the nature of the influence of the digital technology on the
ecological and biological morphing in the local architecture. It has hypothesized that the
ecological and biological morphing of the local architecture influenced by digital technology. To
tackle the research problem a hypothetical model for digital technology eco-bio morphing and
architecture was constructed.
The empirical research based on analytical method observation check list (4) ecomorphic and
biomorphic models as research setting considered. (26) Persons were selected as intentional
respondents. The analysis used percentage method for data processing by applying Microsoft
excels.
The results demonstrated the activity of the relationship between the ecomorphic model with its
form reference and the activity of the modification process stages to build ecomorphic model of
local architecture. Also the results declared the activity of generative line mechanism in
generating process to build biomorphic model of local architecture.
The conclusions revealed the efficiency of digital technology represented by modification and
generating processes to build ecological and biological morphing of local architecture. It has also
raveled the efficiency of digital technology mechanisms through the generative line tectonic
elements grid points crystal liquid state form abstracting form simulation fragmentation and
rebounding and virtual digital genetic code mechanism to produce the ecological and biological
morphing of local architecture. Furthermore the conclusions referred to the relative correlation of
modification process with the ecomorphic model and the generating process with the biomorphic
architecture.
