Client: Wells Fargo Technologies: Java, Struts, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Tomcat, Weblogic Operating Systems: Windows Domain: Finance Database: Oracle Other tools: Eclipse, CVS Project Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) of US government passed a rule called 22c2 Rule which says that The mutual fund companies should obstruct the Market Timing and Frequent Trading done by the investors and to warn them who are violating the mutual fund terms and conditions. Mutual funds companies have to set up a system in accordance to 22c2 rule .To develop this type of system we came up with the product in the name of Clarity Compliance. In this we have modules like Rules, Request, Response, Administration, Case Management, Analysis etc. In Request module, if we want any account related data for conducting analysis between a particular duration; we will send a request to the

National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). The NSCC will in turn send requests to different dealers who are holding the actual data. These dealers will take their own time to send the data to NSCC. So the NSCC collect the response data which are sent from different dealers and merge all the responses into one response and NSCC will send this to our application. These responses will be taken care by the Response module In the Rules module we have 3 types of rules like Market Timing Rule, Purchase Block Rule, and Round Trip Rule. We create different set of rules and we will apply these rules in Analysis Module. In Analysis Module, we will conduct the analysis for a single account or multiple accounts or for a particular customer and between different trading dates and apply one of the rules on the accounts, which will find out the investors who are violating the rules and our application will send a warn message to the investors. Interflora British Unit is a top branded gifting company in the United Kingdom having about 4,500 direct members and affiliates within the UK and 400 direct overseas members in Asian countries. Interflora British Unit requires a Member Portal to be developed to be used by member florists for sending, receiving and executing orders. This will be a centralized repository for all orders. The main objective of this project is to enable Interflora to take orders of Interflora products and to distribute them to member florists for fulfillment. Interflora business is supported by several IT application services such as ROSE, e-Commerce, Financials, etc. ROSE and Financials are the core IT services, that are being managed and supported by Adea Inc. Adea Inc
