Before He (The President) enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: I do solemnly

swear (or Affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God. As you can plainly see above, the Constitution requires that the President take an oath to protect & defend the Constitution. Each one of our elected representatives in both Houses of Congress take the 2nd Oath listed at the top of this page. Wouldn't a violation of the Constitution by the President require the elected representatives take action on the violations? I'm not even talking about the Natural Born Citizen subject, of which our current President clearly does not meet the specifications. (A Kenyan Diplomat does not qualify as a U.S. citizen) Our Constitution was clearly an extension of, or at least clearly relating to the Declaration of Independence. The abuses laid out in the Declaration were clearly addressed throughout the Constitution in order that this new country and its citizens would not have to endure such abuses ever again. That being said, let's look at the Declaration. Try to tell if we are referring to King George, or our current authoritarian, King Barry. ..all men are created equal (no one group should get special treatment due to skin color or unnatural sexual orientation), they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.....Life, Liberty and the pursuit of property (happiness was substituted later).....that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government...... But when a long train of abuses or usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. The Abuses He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance .. he has utterly neglected to attend to them (Arizona ring any bells?) He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. (Remember the closed door, Democrat only sessions when he wanted Obamacare?) (What about the Super-Committee?) He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. (Czars) He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies..... (Anyone seen the new Defense Authorization Act with the indefinite detention clause? How about joint military exercises over LA, or surveillance planes & drones over the Country?) He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the Civil power. (Refer to last entry.) He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws...... (The U.N. , Sharia law) .. protecting them.....from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these States. ( Gitmo detainees?) For imposing taxes on us without our consent. (Regulations & Czars implementing fees) For suspending our own legislatures, declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. ( This can't wait. & again, Regulations & Czars) He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us.... (Occupy. Class Warfare, etc.) For those of you unfamiliar with the Decaration of Independence, there were only a few items left out....so far. Now, to the main point of this letter: We all have elected representatives in Washington D.C. who swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and therefore, their constituents (us). By NOT calling the President out on his abuses, they themselves have violated their oath of office and should therefore be ousted. I can think of only one Congressman from Michigan who has in fact called attention to the abuses by Congress and the administration. Justin Amash. All the rest do not deserve to be considered for re-election to office. They cannot be trusted to represent our wants and needs in the government, and they have proven to be in violation of their oath of office. This goes beyond political party or beliefs, this is purely a matter of honesty and service.
