As a Professional Achiever : Got Selected as first veterinarian of the General Insurance Industry for propagation of rural insurance schemes in the country. Had an excellent exposure in all nuances of rural/agri/crop /health and microinsurance, micro-credit and Micro-enterprises sector thro out career. Innovated all new insurance products , implemented them in field and reviewed its performance as the implementing authority. Traveled all over the country as responsible of RIB dept. at HO hence possess a first hand information on the potentialities. Devised various loss control /minimization measures and brought down the loss and made RIB a profitable portfolio consistently. Led the team of nearly 200 junior Vets. to success during the tenure at H.O. and the R.I.B. portfolio was doubled from Rs. 55 crores to Rs.120 cores, by introduction of innovative new covers / new package schemes for the rural public. Managed successfully the first Rural Branch office and also one of the Rural Div.Offices and shown profits . Administered efficiently many Govt. of India social sector schemes such as PASS and HUT insurance schemes ,P.M., Janaroghya scheme& Universal Health Insurance schemes implemented by Government.
