2012 Annual Recital Information

Our 11th annual recital will be held at Lake Mary High School on Saturday, June 16, 2012. Mandatory dress rehearsal will be Friday, June 15, 2012, times to be determined. Please mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of this xtremely special event in your dancers life! This is a very exciting time of year for us, recital dances are starting and costumes are beginning to arrive. We will have fittings soon; they will be done towards the end of class time. Please be patient as not all costumes in each class will arrive at the same time. If your dancer does not have a costume when their class is being fitted you should feel free to take them early that day. When their costume does arrive they will have their fitting. Information regarding specific dates & times for recital pictures will be posted shortly. Please plan to be present for pictures, even though it may not be your regular scheduled class time or day. The purchase of pictures is optional; however, please participate so the class picture will be complete for those who do plan to purchase pictures. If you are not participating in the recital, have your dancer dress in dance attire or similar colors for the class picture. They can wear dance attire of their choice for individual pictures. It just wouldnt be recital without a beautiful bouquet to present to your special dancer. Recital flower sales are an annual fundraising event for our Xtreme Dance Company dancers. Its EASY, CONVENIENT, QUICK and the bouquets are BEAUTIFUL. Whats not to love? Check next months newsletter for more details.
Studio will be closed: Spring Break- Monday, March 18th Saturday, March 24th. Classes will resume on Monday, March 26th. Water Bottles
It is important for dancers to stay hydrated during their vigorous classes. While we have a water fountain in the studio, it can be a disruption for older students to be leaving class multiple times. Please be sure to send your dancer into class with a water bottle. This will help them to be healthy and get the most out of class!

Attention Parents
For safety reasons it is xtremely important to keep siblings out of unoccupied rooms. There may be unsecured/unstable props being stored there. Thank you for your cooperation

Tuition Policies

Tuition is due and payable on or before the 1st day of each month Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will be assessed If tuition is received at the studio on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will receive a $5.00 merchandise credit. (ex. To receive the $5.00 credit for September payment must be received no later than August 31st.) If you are on auto bill, you will receive a $5 cash discount off tuition, which will be charged on the last day of the ensuing month. These discounts are only offered on full price tuition and not given if payment can not be processed. We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due. If you wish to begin paying through our auto bill option, forms must be received by the 15th of month in order to be processed for the upcoming month. You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Card, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. When paying by check please include your childs full name (first and last).
