1. Description of the Contest: The Bhagavad Gita As It is Contest Organized by Bhaktivedanta Academy for Culture & Education, (BACE). It is a contest in which a Grand Prize will be awarded to the Entrant who take participate in exam contest that receives the most positive marks according to the Contest standards. The Grand Prize will be awarded on the maximum marks achieved. All submissions copies that meet the contest standards will be considered for the Grand Prize Winner. 2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the INDIA who are 16-30 years of age. Member of BACE, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families, regardless of whether they reside in the same household, are not eligible to participate .The Contest is void where prohibited. 3. How To Enter: You must submit your REGISTRATION FORM by following the st contest instructions. Registration must be completed before 31 January, 2009. At the time of registration you will be required to acknowledge that you have read the rules and the policies, terms and conditions for sitting in the contest. 4. Judging: Grand Prize All Submissions will be reviewed and examined by Experts of BACE. The entrant with the highest Score will be deemed the winner. Winners th will be declared at the Award Giving Ceremony that will be held on 18 August 2009 5. Prizes: Three Grand Prizes + 50 Consolation Prizes First prize: Srila Prabhupada Book Set+ Rs. 3100/Second Prize: Srila Prabhupada Book Set + Rs. 2100/Third Prize: Srila Prabhupada books set + Rs. 1100/and 50 Consolation Prizes. 6. Rights: Contestant agrees to assign the rights - title and intellectual property in their Submissions to BACE as a condition of competing for a prize. Entrants grant permission to BACE to use their names, likenesses, and biographical information for promotional or advertising purposes in all media worldwide, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants hereby, release the Registration from any and all liability, or loss, damage, harm, injury, cost or expense which may occur in connection with their preparation for the Contest, or from their acceptance, use/misuse of a prize. 7. Winner's Lists: For the names of the winners, Name of winners will be declared on the Prize Ceremony day only.

4. If the Participant does not understand any question or is unable to hear the question asked during the course of the Contest for any reason whatsoever, no extra time will be given. 5.
