Articles may be either conceptual, application oriented with a rigorous research methodology or plain logic and common sense. Management Educators and researchers may also contribute and share their experiences in exploring new areas in research and teaching methods. The length of the article could be 2500-3000 words. NBS Research We invite Empirical Research papers from academicians, students and professionals from the corporate world. The study should be a serious attempt towards conceptual, application oriented and rigorous research. Citations should include following details of the names of author(s), title of the article or book, name of the journal, details of the publisher, year and month of publication. Tables and Charts should be in black and white only and serially numbered. The length of the article should be 5000-6000 words. Case Study We invite case studies for this section which provide a rich description of business or societal contexts of managerial decision making. The case studies need not be confined to large businesses. It could be developed and be innovative but relevant so as to provide a rich mix of concepts, managerial techniques and their applications. The format to be followed is as under:

Abstract, Introduction, Background, Objectives, Case at hand, Conclusion. The case study should not be more than 2000-3000 words.
