NOKIAS MORPH TECHNOLOGY Abstract:

In business a product could have a shorter life if it cant win the hearts of people and showcase new technology, so Nokia is coming up with the Nokia Morph flexible mobile phone which the company claims include nanotechnology and would immensely benefit its end-users. The main benefit of Nanotechnology is that its components are flexible, transparent and extremely strong. The company believes this latest technology would be a distinctive phone by 2015, but a few technical glitches remain to be solved, like the use of new battery materials etc. Nokia morph is a joint technology concept, developed by Nokia Research Center (NRC) and the University of Cambridge (UK). The morph demonstrate how future mobile device might be stretchable and flexible, allowing the user to transform their mobile devices into radically different shaped. It demonstrates the ultimately that nanotechnology might be capable of delivering: flexible material, transparent electronics and selfcleaning surface. Fibril proteins are woven into three dimensional meshes that reinforce thin elastic structures. Using the same principle behind spider silk, this elasticity enables the device to literally changes shapes and configure itself to adapt to the task at hand. .

Review 1 1. Title : MORPH TECHNOLOGY PHONE CAN STRETCH, ROLL AND SELF CLEAN ITSELF. 2. Abstract :
Launched alongside the Museum of Modern Art Design and the Elastic Mind exhibition, the Morph concept device is a bridge between highly advanced technologies and their potential benefits to end-users. This device concept showcases some revolutionary leaps being explored by Nokia Research Center (NRC) in collaboration with the Cambridge Nanoscience Centre (United Kingdom) nanoscale technologies that will potentially create a world of radically different devices that open up an entirely new spectrum of possibilities. Morph is a concept demonstrating some of the possibilities nanotechnologies might enable in future communication devices. Morph can sense its environment, is energy harvesting and self cleaning. Morph will help us in our daily day life Morph concept technologies might create fantastic opportunities for mobile devices: Newly-enabled flexible and transparent materials blend more seamlessly with the way we live.Devices become self-cleaning and self-preserving.Transparent electronics offering an entirely new aesthetic dimension.Built-in solar absorption might charge a device, whilst batteries become smaller, longer lasting and faster to charge.Integrated sensors might allow us to learn more about the environment around us, empowering us to make better choices In addition to the advances above, the integrated electronics shown in the Morph concept could cost less and include more functionality in a much smaller space, even as interfaces are simplified and usability is enhanced. All of these new capabilities will unleash new applications and services that will allow us to communicate and interact in unprecedented ways.

3. Seed Idea:
Flexible & Changing Design: Nanotechnology provides features to materials and components that help Nokia Morph to become transparent, stretchable, flexible and remarkably strong. It has thin elastic structures. By using nanotechnology principle, this phone can be work as spider silk. This elasticity feature enables the device to change and configure itself into desired shape. This phone has folded design that would easily fit in a pocket and can be managed easily.

Self Cleaning: Nokia Morph have Nanotechnology that can be leveraged to create self-cleaning surfaces for this mobile, wear and improving longevity, ultimately reducing corrosion. It has nanostructured surfaces, like as Nanoflowers dirt, naturally repel water, and fingerprints utilizing effects can also work in good manner and naturally.

Review 2
1.Title : ECO SENSOR CONCEPT IN THE MORPH NOKIA PHONE 2.Abstract : Eco Sensor Concept that involves a wearable mobile phone and a sensing device that analyzes your health and surrounding environment. According to Nokia's description, the Eco Sensor Concept consists of two parts. The first part is a wearable sensor unit that can sense and analyze a person's health, in addition to the environment and local weather conditions. The second part is a power-efficient mobile phone. The sensor is intended to be worn on a wrist or neck strap, which would contain solar cells that power the unit. Near-field communication technology would then relay environmental, health, and weather data back to the phone. Both the phone and the sensor unit would feature a compact design and contain materials that can be renewed and/or reclaimed -- basically, it would follow the "reduce, reuse, and recycle" model. Nokia said it will allow people to customize the sensor units, based on their preferences. For example, an active individual might want to choose one with a heart-rate monitor and a motion detector. Other possibilities include environmental monitoring and weather monitoring. 3. Seed Id: It does, nonetheless, point to a greener future for Nokia. The phone maker says its goal is to create a self-powered sensing device to reduce dependence on external, nonrenewable energy sources, as well as phones that consume a lot less energy than those that are currently available. The basic aim is as we know the earth is nearing to its end so the use of ecofriendly phones would help the earth and it also has the capability to sense the resourses and use them like solar energy for charging purpose.
