On line applications are invited for the Written test to be conducted on 22 Janauary 2012 for filling up the seats in Course Ser 02, Session (2012-14) of Maharaja Ranjit Singh AFPI Mohali as per details given below: Eligible applicants may personally submit online application starting from 10 Dec to 07 Jan 2012 at 5.00 PM in the prescribed online format available at http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in

Eligibility Criteria Date of birth - Not before 02 Jul 1995 Boys from Punjab Studying in 10th class. Wants to join NDA Examination Fees Rs 500/- (Five hundred only)

Approx No of Seats - 48. May be increased or decrease depending upon intake. The Centres for examination are Mohali, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Ferozepur and Bhatinda. The Centres may be added/cancelled depending upon the No of candidates available. No TA,DA will be paid for appearing in the exam and subsequent tests/interview. How to apply on line 1. Fill the online application form available on the website http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in by clicking at the link Entrance Exam, Maharaja Ranjit Singh AFPI. 2. The application can be filled on line only till 07 Jan 2012 upto 5.00 PM.

3. If by mistake the candidate has filled in wrong information he can correct the information upto 09 Jan 2012 upto 5.00 PM, by entering his registration number and

password. After 09 Jan 2012 NO editing will be permitted and thereafter information will be locked and no change will be acceptable/ allowed. 4. Candidate is required to apply through online only.

5. On successful submission of form candidates are required to take the print out which will have registration number printed on it and candidates are advised not to disclose the password to any one for data security. Print out of the form is to be retained by the candidate for any further enquiry/ reference & retain the same till the complete admission process. 6. Thereafter the candidate shall have to report to the designated AXIS bank alongwith the downloaded acknowledgement slip cum Fee Chalan / advice for depositing the fee. 7. In case the candidate fails to deposit the fee upto 09 Jan 2012 his application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing. 8. 9. Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in website regularly for any important information/update. 10. In case candidate is unable to get PRINT OUT of submitted form by clicking on Take print again. 11. The list of candidates whose fee is confirmed will be available on http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in for candidates reference from 15.01.2012. 12. The candidate can download their ADMIT CARDS by visiting the website http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in again by entering his registration number and password from 15.1.2012. In case any candidate is unable to get the admit card, he must contact CDAC Mohali personally or on helpline numbers one day before the examination day upto 5.00 PM, falling which office will not be responsible. 13. Candidate will be responsible for any mistakes made by him in the on line application form. Maharaja Ranjit Singh AFPI or C-DAC shall not be responsible or liable in any way. 14. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the written test and will be available on website http://afpipunjab.org & http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in. The date shall be announced separately on the C-DAC website. 15. The venue, date and time of interview will be put on the website www.afpipunjab.org Candidates will not be informed separately (by other means) about the result and interview schedule.

Instructions; 1. The candidate must satisfy himself that he fulfils all the eligibility conditions and merely appearing in the examination and qualifying test does not entitle him for admission to the Institute. The selection will be subject to his being found eligible. Verification of original documents would be done at the time of interview which will be intimated only to successful candidates. The purpose of verification is to verify the identification, age, qualifying examination & state of eligibility, etc. of the candidates. On failing to establish, any of the eligibility criteria at the time of interview the candidate will not be considered for admission. 2. The question paper will be of objective type (400 marks) having 100 question (English 50 & Math 50) with multiple choices on OMR sheet with one correct answer of each question of Xth standards. The duration of the paper will be of 2 hour, from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM. There will be NEGATIVE MARKING. Each right answer will carry FOUR marks each and one mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer. 3 The candidates should reach the examination centre one hour before the start of the examination. At the examination centre, the candidate is required to produce his admit card pasted with passport size photograph and duly attested by self along with identity proof with photo, left hand thumb impression and signature verified from Principal of the School being attended by the candidate. 4. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without admit card and identity proof in original. 5. Candidates should bring with them BLUE or BLACK Ball Pens.
