Requerimientos de instalacin / Installation requirements

Para obtener el mximo rendimiento de su fluxmetro, la presin esttica mnima de trabajo debe ser de 1 kg/cm2 (14PSI) hasta 3 kg/cm2 (42,7PSI). Todos los muebles con fluxmetro deben protegerse con cmaras de aire, o cualquier otro dispositivo amortiguador para el golpe de ariete. En caso de cmaras de aire, stas deben ser hechas con el tubo del mismo dimetro que el tubo de alimentacin 32 mm (1-1/4) al mueble y tener una altura mnima de 60 cm despus de la conexin que alimenta al mueble sanitario. To obtain the maximum performance of your flush valve, the minimum static pressure of work should be from 1 kg/cm2 (14PSI) up to 3 kg/cm2 (42,7PSI). La tubera de alimentacin debe tener un dimetro mnimo de 32 mm (1-1/4) y deber conectarse una reduccin campana de 32-25 mm (1-1/4 a 1) para despus conectarse un niple de 25 mm (1) de dimetro con cuerda de 11-1/2 hilos NPT.

The feeding pipe should have a minimum diameter of 32 mm (1-1/4") and connect to a reducer of 32-25 mm (1-1/4 to 1) then it should be connected to a niple of 25 mm (1) diameter with a 11-1/2 NPT thread.

Previo a la instalacion / Prior to installation

A) Caja circuito / circuit box

Retire la tapa y la fuente de alimentacion de la caja circuito. Remove the cover and power supply from the circuit box.

B) Fuente de alimentacin / power supply

Desconecte el cable alimentador AC de la fuente de alimentacion como se muestra en la figura.

Sujetar la caja circuito dentro de la perforacin que se tiene en el muro con taquetes y pijas (no incluidas).

To hold the circuit box inside the cavity in the wall uses shields and screws (not included).

Contacto electrico power outlet

Instalar el contacto elctrico para conectar la fuente de alimentacin en un lugar apropiado. Se recomienda que este contacto quede oculto (por la parte posterior). Retire la tapa y empaque de la carcasa. Posteriormente introduzca el cable del sensor (gris) por el barreno de la carcasa.

Remove the cover and gasket of the cassing Later on introduce the cable of the sensor (gray) through the drill of the cassing

Conecte el cuerpo del fluxmetro (2) a la llave de retencin (1), coloque el niple (3), y codo (4) al cuerpo del fluxmetro (2) y ajuste la tuerca (5) a la pared. Introduzca el cable del sensor (gris) por la ranura del muro saliendo libre por la caja circuito.

Connect the flush valve body (2) to thestop body (1), place the nipple (3) and elbow (4) to the flush valve body (2) tighten the fixing plain nut (5) to the wall. Introduce the cable of the sensor (gray) through the cavity of the wall leaving free for the circuit box.

Conecte el cable del sensor y de alimentacin a la fuente de alimentacin como se muestra en la figura.

Connect the sensor cable and supply cable to the power supply as shown in the drawing.

Coloque la tapa a la caja circuito. Fijela firmemente con los tornillos.

Place the cover and fix in place with the screws.

Ensamble el codo (6), las tuercas (7), los chapetones (9) y las rondanas de fibra (8).

Assemble the elbow (6) the nuts (7),the escutcheons (9) and the fibers washer (8).

Instale el codo (6) y los chapetones (10) al mueble, apriete las tuercas de sujecin (7). Rosque el chapetn porta botn (11) a la pared.

Install the elbow (6) and the scutcheon`s (10) to the fixture, tighten the fixing spud nuts (7). Trhead the escutcheon foot button holder (11) to the wall.

Recomendaciones de instalacin Installation recommendations

Es necesario purgar la linea de alimentacin de agua cuando se coloca por primera vez el fluxometro y sobre todo si se instala en una obra nueva. Para purgar la linea de alimentacin, retire el tapn (2), cierre la llave de retencin (1), quite la cpula (4), saque el mbolo (3), vuelva a colocar la cpula (3) y abra la llave de retencin (1) dejando correr el agua para eliminar impurezas. Al finalizar la limpieza de la lnea de alimentacin, cierre la llave de retencin (1), quite la cpula (4), coloque el mbolo (3) y la cpula (4) nuevamente, y abra la llave de retencin (1).Coloque nuevamente el Tapn (2) de la llave de retencin. Cuando conecte la clavija a la fuente de alimentacin principal la luz roja del sensor empezara a parpadear, indicando que se puede realizar la rutina de ajuste (calibracin) de distancia de deteccin.

1.- Desconectar la clavija de la fuente de alimentacin principal. 2.- Conectar la clavija a la alimentacin principal. 3.- Inmediatamente coloque su mano a una distancia mxima de 5 cm mientras la luz roja este parpadeando como se indica la figura. 4.- Cuando el led rojo deje de parpadear y permanezca encendido inmediatamente ponga la mano a la distancia deseada. 5.- Espere a que el led rojo se apague y retire su mano 6.- El led rojo se apaga; la distancia deseada esta en memoria. 1.- Disconnect the plug of the power supply. 2.- Connect the plug to the power supply. 3.- Immediately place your hand at maximum distance of 2 inches while the red light is blinking. As shown in the drawing. 4.- When the red light stops blinking and remains on immediately put your hand at the desired distance. 5.- Wait for to the red led to turn off and remove your hand. 6.- Now the distance is set.

Operacin del fluxmetro / Flush valve operation

Al retirarse el usuario el sensor ya no percibe la presencia del mismo y el sistema se acciona automticamente en 2.5 segundos descargando un volumen de agua de 2,5 a 3,0 litros.

Upon retriving the user the sensor no longer perceive his the presence and the system will star working automatically in 2.5 seconds, discharging a volume of water of 2.5 to 3,0 liters.

Recomendaciones de mantenimiento Maintenance recommendations

1.- Limpieza de embolo Desarme el embolo como muestra la figura y limpielo de posibles impurezas 1.- Pistons cleaning. Disassemble the piston as shown in i the drawing and clean any studge.

1.- Limpieza de la electrovlvula Desarme la electrovlvula como muestra la figura y limpielo de posibles impurezas. 1.- Selenoid valve cleaning.

Disassemble the selenoid valve as show in the drawing and clean any studge.

Recomendaciones de mantenimiento / maintenance recommendations Instalaciones hidrulicas nuevas: una vez por mes durante los primeros seis meses de instalacin del producto.. Periodo ptimo de mantenimiento preventivo: dos veces por ao. For new hydraulic installation: once per month during the first six months of installation of the product. Recommended periods for preventive maintenance: twice per year.
