1. Download the installation file from this site: http://silverex.

org/download/

2. Open the file you just downloaded and go through the installation process (keep clicking next. There are no special choices; just accept all the default ones). The below thumbnails are not meant to be legible; we just want to show that you should keep clicking NEXT until it is fully installed. The last button is the finish button.

3. Xchat has been installed into your programs. Now go open it. You will first see this window:

4. Go ahead and fill out the top 5 rows with whatever names you please. 5. If this is the first time you have used Xchat, you will need to add the irchighway network. If you already added it during a previous time, go to step 10. 6. HOW TO ADD IRCHIGHWAY AND #ENTROPY CHANNEL Click Add button Rename New Network to IRCHIGHWAY click anywhere within that box of network names (where it says 2600net, 7indonesia, etc.) then click on IRCHIGHWAY click Edit button new window pops up:

WARNING: If you were able to add New Network but not able to rename it, follow these steps before proceeding: a. Select New Network b. Double click on the word New Network c. Now, it will let you rename it to IRCHIGHWAY d. After renaming, click anywhere within that box of network names. e. If you did it right, you now have a network name IRCHIGHWAY on the top of the list.

7. Select newserver/6667 click Edit button type irc.irchighway.net without the quotes click Close

8. It will take you back to this screen Select IRCHIGHWAY click Connect

9. If you see this window, click unblock

Otherwise, you should see this window:

Go ahead and select Join this channel and type #entropy without the quotes Click OK

10.You should see something like this:

11.Look on the right box. See the name entropic? Good. If you dont, do not continue. Wait until you are sure you see entropic. The reason is: steps 12 to end is based on downloading from this person. If this entropic person is not online, we cannot download from him. 12.Now you need to decide what you want to download. Go to this site: http://treasure-box.entropy-manga.com/xdcclist-sioc-751-357.txt 13.Well use Caramel_Milk_Tea_Story_4_[Entropy].zip as an example. See below

THAT RED PART is what you type into the box next to your username. Im using the username sophe1 so its the box next to in this picture:

14.After entering that command, you will see a bunch of windows pop up. DONT FRET. They are asking you where you want to download the file. We really recommend saving to THE DESKTOP UNTIL YOU ARE CONFIDENT WITH USING XCHAT. Or else, were afraid you wont remember where you saved the file. lol

15.When the file is downloading, you can check on its progress by looking on this window:

Notice the columns tell you details about the file you are downloading. Right now, it is at 8%.

16.After it has reached 100%, you will notice 2 things.

This window will say the file is 100%.

This window will say: * DCC RECV Caramel_Milk_Tea_Story_4_[Entropy].zip from entropic complete [72216 cps]. -entropic- ** Transfer Completed (6488 KB, 1 min 32.339 sec, 70.3 KB/sec)

If you followed our instructions on step 13 and saved to the desktop, go to your desktop and open the file. If you need to download more files, repeat from step 12 until you are comfortable with how to download from entropic via Xchat.
