HILL INTERNATIONAL, Washington, DC 2005 to Present Vice President, Construction Management Lead business and client development for group of construction managers. Direct all aspects of construction project management. Track bids and write RFP responses for government agency projects. Assumed leadership role in a troubled, $60 million 230,000sf government office building construction project. Directed the turnaround and the redesign of the project after the termination of the original design team. Managed the full 500-person District Agency/tenant relocation process, the LEED Certification process (upgraded from Silver to Gold), change order reviews and negotiations, punchlist completion, and commissioning (per LEED). Project was occupied within 35 days of original contract date in spite of changing design team and several substantial redesigns in mid-project. Cost was contained within original concept budget. Led construction management of the $120 million Columbia Heights shopping center development, working closely with owner on quality control, inspections, budgets, cost control initiatives, and change order review. Reviewed design for compliance with codes and funding agencys design criteria, and analyzed all District/Developer contracts. Highly successful project completed on time, and remains a model for inner city new development. Led the preconstruction estimating/VE and construction management efforts for two $10 million public libraries. Both projects went through substantial preconstruction redesigns to reduce costs by more than 20% to comply with Owner budgets. Construction management included reviews of change orders, schedules, progress payment applications, and quality of construction. Managed commissioning and LEED certifications. Both projects finished on time and on budget.

Represented the District Agencys ownership position for three privately developed condominium projects in Columbia Heights, DC. Reviewed pay applications, change orders, quality, and compliance with District Agency design criteria. The developer of two of the projects liked our contributions so much that they hired us directly as consultants after the District contract expired. Drive revenue and growth through excellent relationship management skills and extensive client networking in the design, development, and healthcare fields. Developed new client contacts, and maintained existing client relationships. Presented three $40 million projects to management in the first four months of employment. Prepared presentation/business development materials, managed database to track clients, projects, and bids. Prepared a database of contact information of the best DC Metro residential subcontractors for the estimating department to facilitate the bidding of residential construction projects. CORDISH COMPANY, Baltimore, MD Senior Project Manager Managed the design, permitting, and construction (shell and tenant) of: 2002 to 2004

A $125 million, 65 acre, 15-building, mixed use, Main Street style shopping center/office complex at the old Capital Center Arena outside Washington, DC. In a short 15 months achieved: the demolition of the old Capitol Center, the completion of the entitlement, design, and permitting of 65 acres of site work/infrastructure and fifteen buildings, bidding the construction, building it, and reviewing and coordinating the design, construction, and occupancy of approximately 100 separate tenants. Managed the interactions with all the State/County highway and building permit and inspection agencies, and installation of all the public utilities. We had to be open for the Friday after Thanksgiving. If we had missed our date by even one day all our major tenants would have walked away. $9 million privately developed parking garage in downtown Baltimore. Finished this totally automated facility early, allowing the owner to start collecting revenue well in advance of initial projections. Project was in the middle of downtown Baltimore next to a museum and a waterway, and required major coordination with the City and the museum to achieve entitlement. WP COMMERCIAL (Goldman Sachs Realty subsidiary), Rockville, MD 2000 to 2002 Regional Manager of Design and Construction Managed the budgeting, design, and construction of complete base building renovations and tenant interior projects. Took over a troubled/delinquent nine story office building total renovation project in Rockville that was four months behind with only five months left to go. Dismantled and reassembled the entire project team (designers, CM, and general contractor), addressed and resolved urgent design and construction issues, and rallied the team to meet original completion date, which was achieved with the contractor doing substantial overtime at no cost to the owner. Moved in a 3-floor tenant on the original due date. Directed the design, budgeting, and due diligence/feasibility analysis efforts of all the companys potential acquisition projects in the DC Region. MONUMENT REALTY, LLC, Washington, DC 1998 to 2000 Senior Vice President of Design & Construction Directed design consultants, general contractors, and permitting for over three million square feet of commercial office buildings, and projects up to $120 million. Managed up to nine base building projects, in varying phases, all over 200,000sf with parking, at any time. Completed all projects on time through proactive schedule management, material pre-orders, and timely progress reviews. Reduced construction costs up to 15% off of preliminary building budgets as a result of

materials/systems modifications, substitutions, and value engineering. Achieved total change orders of less than 1% on several projects through aggressive, in-depth, preconstruction review of plans and specifications. TIMELINE CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED, College Park, MD 1991 to 1998 President/Founder Founded and directed operations of general contracting company performing $10 million/year of base building and tenant fit-out construction projects. Managed staff of 25. Projects ranged up to $3 million. Established all project management, estimating, and accounting systems to effectively manage multiple projects. Achieved a reputation as a quality contractor, with short punch lists, and minimal change orders. Completed all projects on time and on budget as a result of accurate estimating and scheduling.
