Managed conceptualization, design, and construction of $62 million integrated global trade processing system called New Trade Processing Architecture (NTPA) and $5 million CASE technology tool, the High Productivity System (HPS), to implement NTPA. Reduced data entities from 55,000 to fewer than 3,000 by implementing normalized databases. Enabled 24-hour global trading support in multi-currency, multi-entity environment by successfully implementing all NTPA transaction processing systems. Increased efficiency and productivity by introducing in-house Real Time Pricing System and Windowsbased workstations for Trading and Investment Banking departments. Enhanced software distribution levels and software security by managing design, development, and implementation of systems software for application execution environment. NTPA and HPS technologies led to a start-up of a joint-venture with IBM (Seer Technologies, Inc.) and created $100 million in five years resulting in an IPO.
