Forms and Materials


All applicants: Completed Common Application and NU Supplement submitted simultaneously (www.commonapp.org) Official college course transcript(s) One letter of recommendation on letterhead (preferably from a professor) College Officials Report (available at www.commonapp.org) Official final high school transcript or GED score report and SAT/ACT scores. These requirements are waived if you have completed more than 24 semester hours of college-level academic work, or if you have been out of high school for more than five years. Midterm grades for the current term (Midterm Grade Report form available at http://www.northeastern.edu/admissions/transfer/materials_transfer.html) Official copy of your course registration list with in-progress course titles, numbers and credit values.
