As stated in AFFIDAVIT OF APPEARANCE, Respondent had thirty (30) days from May 4, 2001 in which to rebut by counteraffidavit, point-for-point, Affiants AFFIDAVIT OF APPEARANCE in order to avoid being in default of AFFIDAVIT OF APPEARANCE. As of today, Friday, June 8, 2001, no counteraffidavit from Respondent has been received by Affiant as required in AFFIDAVIT OF APPEARANCE, thereby placing Respondent in default of AFFIDAVIT OF APPEARANCE.
