to be submitted: I. Certificates of Qualification of M.Sc.(N), M.Phil (N). II. Authentication from SNRC with regard to RN&RM Certificate. III. Verification of Original Certificates & Documents by the Nodal Officer. IV. Transcript from the Principal of College of Nursing from where the applicant have qualified M.Sc. (N) programme. V. No objection certificate from the head of the institution. VI. D.D. of Rs.3000/- drawn in favour of Registrar, R.G.U.H.S. VII. Research proposal through your guide as given in the prospectus. VIII. Declaration Form (enclosed) Above documents to be duly attested by the institution. Incomplete documents are subject to cancellation of the allotment of the Ph.D. seat. National Consortium will not be responsible for the cancellation of seats due to incomplete document and information. The documents should be submitted on or before 17th March 2012 (upto 04:00 pm). Closure of Admissions for the above selected candidate is 24th March 2012 (upto 04:00 pm) with late fees of Rs.1,000/-.

Candidates, who will not complete admissions by the above time, will automatically lose their claim for admissions and the vacant seats will be filled up from the waiting list. In case a candidate does not join the course upto 24th March 2012 his/her seat will be declared vacant and will be offered to other candidates from the waiting list.

Synopsis presentation for the VIIth Batch students in order to accept the research areas by the Consortium will be 20th and 21st April 2012 (tentative) wherein the students will be given 10 minutes to present their Research area. The components to be included in the presentation are the Statement of the problem, Objective, Methodology. The presentation should be approved by the respective Guide of the student.
