Reality is not what happens with random frequency, but needs only to be suggested to happen.

I am like a child, who grows day by day and comprehends all the things around him, looking surprisingly at the living and the depths of its consciousness. The one who knows where to look can see the essence; others can see only what they want to see. Cognition is a complicated process, to cognize one needs to look intently and notice even the smallest details, the tiniest events and changes. Only like this one can understand what is going on and what consequences can these processes have. Only a wise man observes any process impartially, does not yield to waves of emotions and worries, being aware of the actual meaning of every smallest detail of his and other peoples destiny. Sometimes, it is rather hard to preserve an inner harmony and equilibrium, but this is my purpose. Overcoming the blind sides, a man can achieve self-control and self-judgment, which means, he can be the master of his destiny. Some people can hardly understand that sometimes it can be enough to communicate only at the level of thoughts, images and feelings. This way we interchange information, experience and energy. No matter how far we are from each other, such a contact can be established in a few seconds, and information spreads at an enormous speed from man to man. The power of thought is much higher and grater than the power of word, and the energy of feelings can penetrate into any tissue, any cell, passing over all the obstacles and distances. Through our feelings, our love we can easily penetrate into each other, receiving an access to the consciousness of a person we love. Thats why if our feelings are true, sincere, then the love of one person will always find a response in another one. There is no unrequited love: if one of the two loves unconditionally, then a reciprocal feeling arises in the other one, because in the world everything is based on the principle of interchange. We receive what we give. If we give ingratitude, disrespect, fear, hypocrisy, it returns to us at once or in a few years this will depend on a person. Man can really change the events of his life, his past and what is predestined to happen with him or with his friends and relatives. To change your destiny you need to know why you are doing it. The more substantial the reason is, the quicker the succession of events will be. His significant input makes the results unbelievable. The aim of my manuscript is not only to tell about myself, or express my feelings, but to awaken in you a new breath of life. Find a new outlook. So that you coul better understand yourself and plunge into a vast ocean of mysterious knowledge. It becomes possible by means of

interest for life, for each other, and the world. We need to take interest in our life, to have more opportunities to understand something. Each of us is interesting in terms of the world and our potentials. Most important is not to lose this potential before you discover it in yourself. Be anxious to meet discoveries, which are numerous, there will be enough of them for you and your creative abilities.

The most sacred things are inside of us, if we know how to look for them. The one who looks inside of himself, will never condemn another person
Every life is unusual and unique. If some events are repeated from generation to generation, it can happen because of shifted responsibility, some reason, which wasnt realized, consequently a life lesson, which wasnt learnt. A repetition of these events will remain a regularity, until you understand its cause and deep meaning. In some families a marriage of convenience is a frequent mistake, its silly to think marry first and love will come afterwards. It is impossible not only to marry without respect, but even to make friends. Without respect one cant be sincere with anyone, even with himself, and without mutual respect any undertaking or affair will be a disaster. Any kind of disrespect (to your boss, colleague or a client) can ruin even a minor relationship. You shouldnt build relationships if you have doubt about their basis. In connection with this a man will always miscalculate when he marries for monetary considerations or has a logical approach to marriage. Only mutual love can overcome all the possible difficulties, this is the kind of relationships, which will break all the obstacles on the way to domestic harmony. The answers to all questions are in love. If people love each other, they have an opportunity to grow healthy kids. When partners do not love each other, there is no basis for healthy growth and development of a child. No energy of equality and respect, which helps a child grow into a worthy man, who hasnt lost his potentials. The principles we want to teach our children are not as significant as potentials - life principles that we follow ourselves. People quite seldom trust their feelings, but feelings can guarantee our solid connection to the world. A man needs to feel, when and where he must be, whom to trust, and with whom not to collaborate. These are constant sensations of what is going on, an everlasting movement of life. My revelation is not just information you can agree or disagree with. Its my feelings; they are live as well as all the information in this book. There is a part of my soul, my creativity, my love, belief and gratitude in it. I am grateful to the world for an opportunity to express myself, find a reader, and possibly become a friend.

I know that someday, when I will be re-reading the pages of this book, I will recollect the moments of its creation. I will remember the time, when by guesswork, I had to look for likeminded people and potential friends who could help me with my information and feelings. My revelation is an opportunity to prove to all people that they shouldnt be afraid of being sincere and natural; one needs to learn how to trust the innermost your essence. These sensations are from my consciousness and my soul, I could compare them with Adam and Eve, when due to their naturalness they look not vicious, but deeply spiritual and sacred... I dont intend to get literary recognition; I am a layman in literature, but a worthy specialist in questions of health, harmonization of the brain, and functional specificity of our organism. So, I want to tell you first hand about the things which a lot of people dont know, or cant imagine.
