In the event of unsatisfactory performance, your employment may be terminated without notice or probation period will be extended for another six months. 11 Medical Fitness: Keeping in view the nature of the industry, your appointment with us will be subject to your being certified medically fit by the chosen medical practitioner by the company. Also your continued

employment will be subject to your being periodically found medically fit by our company. 11 Rules and Regulations: You will abide and be bound by the Rules and Regulation of the company which are applicable to all employees and in case of any breach or any act on your part which can be considered as immoral or unethical or damaging the image and goodwill of your company, your services can be immediately terminated and no notice will be required to be given by you in such cases. You will co-ordinate with and be accountable to the Management, or any other person placed in authority to you You are liable to be transferred or reposted to any of the establishments or branches of the company in India whether in existence now or established at a later date. On transfer from one place to another your salary shall not be adversely affected but all other terms and condition of the employment shall remain same The company expects to work in the department which you are placed with high standard of efficiency and economy. The offer of appointment issued to you on the understanding that all information furnished by you in your application is correct and there was no misrepresentation of any facts. If information given by you while seeking employment with the company is not found to be correct and or not true and / or if it is found that you have knowingly suppressed any information or given any false declaration, appointment itself shall be deemed to be irregular and company shall have the right, either to withdraw this letter of appointment before you join service or at anytime thereafter, without any notice and or without payment of any compensation to you. 11 Resignation: In general employment may be terminated by either of the parties at any time by giving 30 days notice or gross salary in lieu of notice.

Notwithstanding the above condition, the contract of service of may also be terminated by the company upon the occurrence of the following events without payment of any compensation. (a)For failure, refusal or neglect to carryout and perform your duties assign to you by the company. (b)For the breach of trust committed by you. (c) For being found to be guilty or fraud, insubordination or misconduct whether in course of performance of duties entrusted to you or otherwise. You shall handover, before leaving the Companys services, any property of the Company, which may be in your possession and any records relating to the Companys business. 11 Exclusiveness: As agreed you will be rendering services exclusively to the (company name) in Bangalore, and will not engage yourself alone or with any other person in any work or business conflicting wit the interests of the company. You shall at any time not disclose to any one in any manner any information, know how, knowledge, trade secrets, etc of the company, which might come to your knowledge during your tenure with the company. 9. Confidentiality:

You shall not, either during or after your employment with (company name) divulge or utilize any information or records belonging to the company or any of its associates, concerns, which may have come to your possession or knowledge during your employment with us. No authorities vested upon you both to make any financial

commitments and enter into agreements/contracts /understanding any nature with any second party and third party without seeking the prior permission/ approval of the management in the company. Any violation to exceed your specified authority as mentioned shall be seriously viewed and disciplinary /appropriate legal action shall be taken. The confidentiality clause shall come into effect from the date of the employee signing the same hereof and the provision of this clause shall survive the termination of the Appointment Letter / Agreement. If there is any breach of the terms with regard to the Confidentiality, the company shall have the right to terminate this appointment at any time in writing without notice and shall be entitled to damages. Your appointment and continuation in service is subject to satisfactory verification of your credentials, testimonials etc and youre not having concealed any material information from us.
