Built-in aggregates which are necessary for technical rescue: Built-in generator with switch cabinet The built-in generator will be driven by the vehicles engine. Its capacity is 23 kVA or 30 kVA. The switch cabinet is designed in form AA with isolation monitoring according to German Standard, with optical and acoustical alarm installation for voltages 230 V and 400 V (16 A and 32 A) with automatic frequency regulation to 50 Hz. The switch cabinet is serially mounted in the equipment compartment above the rear axle. (At the passengers side)

Hydraulic winch The hydraulic winch is designed according to German Standard. The drive will be realised from the shaft end of the built-in generator as drum or disk winch with a nominal traction force of up to 80 kN and usable rope lengths of up to 75 m. A forward or backward linkage with a traction force of up to 160 kN (depending on the used chassis) is standard installed. It will be controlled by cable or radio remote control unit. Bodywork The complete bodywork of the TRT is made of anodized aluminium profiles which save weight and which are corrosion resistant. The framework is coated with aluminium. Laterally 3 shutters are standard provided. For an extra charge it is possible to provide 4 shutters. They can be actuated by double grip or barlock. The body is deep-drawn between the axles to facilitate the removal of heavy equipment.

Pneumatic light mast The pneumatic light mast with electrically turning and tilting headlight mounting bridges with 2 or 4 x 1,500 W halogen lamps or optionally also with 4 x 24 V Xenon lamps is mounted on the left hand side of the front wall. The light mast can be extended to a light spot height of approximately 6,000 mm and at the push of a button it will be automatically retracted and stored after an operation. It will be operated by a cable remote control unit, optionally by a radio remote control unit.

Steps Pullout steps made of safety grates are installed in the deep-drawn area of the body between the axles. They are stored in the body which means that they are protected against contaminations. The covering behind the rear axle is foldable designed and it is covered with non-slip cover Safety-Walk.

The steps are necessary for unloading the upper equipment compartments. If the steps are closed, it is possible to step directly to the body for unloading heavy equipment from the equipment compartment floor. This way of unloading is ergonomically correct, save and it avoids injuries. It is also possible to deliver conventional steps if requested.

circuit breaker instead of safety fuses non-glare (indirect) roof lighting Technical design of the interior and the storages Anodized aluminium profiles will be used for the interior fittings. Those profiles can be used as a flexible modular system which enables changes if necessary and mainly it saves weight. The heavy equipment is stored on the vehicles floor and the lightweight equipment is stored below the roof. This way of weight distribution benefits the position of centre of gravity and facilitates the unloading of equipment. It will mainly be paid attention to a clear separation of the equipment.

Roof The roof is accessible designed. The used aluminium sheet plate is provided with skid resistance category R11. The access will be provided by a ladder which is mounted on the passengers side behind the drivers cabin. It is standard inclined about 5 degrees. The roof is laterally blinded. It is possible to additionally install a periphery lighting. The roof loading consists of i. e. multipurpose ladder, exhaust hose for the vehicle, lever, ceiling hook, binding agent and spreading truck as well as rubber boat with accessories. Moreover, 1 to maximum 3 roof cases are mounted on the roof.

Sliding walls A smooth-running, vertical sliding wall will be used for the clear storage of portable searchlights and flashers.

Other storages Part of the equipment is stored in removable transport and stacking cases made of high-quality low-pressure polyethylene. The high stability and ideal handling by 4 grip openings of the widely oil and chemical resistant cases offer a save and cheap storage system. Similar devices can easily be transported to the operation site.

The equipment compartment 7 with rear hydraulic platform will be used for the storage of i. e. 3 mobile trolleys with dead-mans brake (permanently loaded).
