on any level

On any racing level in A-Spec mode, find a race with a championship circuit, and get a fast car. If you are at a lower level and have the concept car or any car above the HP shown in the requirements, or a little less HP as long as you can drive well, you can do this trick. Select "Championship", race the first two races, and then quit. Repeat this as many times as desired. The higher your racing level, the more money you can get. For example, you can get approximately $3,600 per race at beginner and $4,700 per race at amateur, etc.

Basically involves creating a dummy PSN account set to have its birthday today, with birth year 1944. Friend your original account, start up the game, and get a 1944 Kubelwagen as a birthday-present. Send it to your original account, quit the game, delete the save file, start up again, get a new car to send, rinse and repeat until satisfied. Each Kubelwagen can be sold for just over 70K. It's the most reliable one for making money. There are more expensive cars available as beginner-cars, but when you get a birthday-present, it's a random car from that year. So if you use, say, '92, you may get a Ferrari F40, which sells for 150K. Or maybe you'll get a Honda BEAT which sells for barely 10K. You could also get one of the high-spec race/rallycars available for that year, which is handy - but those can't be sold, so they don't work well for money-making. So, ultimately, '44 is the best year if you just want to make money, since you'll get the 70K Kubelwagen every time - it's the only car in the year. None of the other years are even close to an "average sell-price" of 70K.
