Our rates includes standard Loss or Damage Cover, unlimited klm, registration recovery fees and free use of maps. Petrol is the responsibility of the hirer. The rates quoted on the quoting system are guaranteed. STANDARD COVER Standard Loss or Damage cover is included in our rates and subject to the conditions of the rental agreement. The standard cover is a basic cover which covers damage to the hired vehicle in the event of an accident with another vehicle. The Damage Liability Fee is payable in the event of loss or damage. Sufficient funds must be available to pre authorize the cardholders credit card at the time of rental to cover the Damage Liability Fee. LIABILTY REDUCTION WAIVER (LRW) The Liability Reduction Waiver (LRW) reduces your liability in the event of an accident with another vehicle ( Multi Vehicle Accident )or theft. Covers the hired vehicle and third parties. Single vehicle damage excluded. PREMIUM LIABILITY REDUCTION (PLR) The Premium Liability Reduction Waiver ( PLR ) is a premium damage cover which can be purchased in addition to the LRW which covers Single Vehicle Accidents, Hail, Storm, Flood or Animal Damage, Windscreens Tyre and Headlight Damage. PLR Cost $5.50 - $6.60 per day for Sedans and Wagons and $8.80 per day for People movers and SUV's. PLR can be added at time of pick up or you can add in the special request section when making the booking. Payment is not collected until day of pick up. A signed credit card imprint by the hirer is required as a security deposit on collection of the vehicle. If selecting standard cover we reserve the right to pre authorize an amount up to the choosen Damage Liabilty on the hirer credit card upon collection of vehicle. The pre authorization is then reversed on return of the vehicle in an undamaged condition and subject to a final inspection. Those selecting LRW or PLR no pre authorization is required. The Cardholder must be present at time of rental to sign the deposit and rental agreement. We primarily accept Visa, Bankcard and MasterCard. We do accept debit card and cash subject to approved application and subject to he Premium Liability Reduction being taken which will be added at time of rental. with cash or debit card an amount equal to the selected Damage liability must be paid in advance at the time of pick up which is refunded on return of vehicle in undamaged condition subject to a final inspection. All rental payments for the vehicle must also be paid in advance.

Unlimited KLM are provided with all our vehicles subject to usage within the area of use. All tolls in Queensland are payable only via electronic means. If you are planning to travel on the Gateway Motorway or Logan Motorway you will be required to either bring your own electronic tolling tag (Any Australian tag may be used) or purchase a GoViaVideo Pass, see GoVia Website for details of how to purchase a pass. All hirers must have a full current drivers license which may be from any state in Australian, Overseas domestic or International. Minimum age for rental is 21 years, the maximum is 75 years. Drivers aged between 21-25 are not permitted to drive some categories of vehicles and a surcharge and higher damage liability may apply. Most vehicles are required to be used within a 250-400 Klm radius. Rentals outside this area can be organized but must be approved prior to the rental and a surcharge may apply. Residential or Business address is provided and is subject to a minimum rental period and/or a small fee. We offer a meet and greet service at the Gold Coast Airport. The vehicle will be available for collection and return from the terminal. No need to be transfered to an off airport office. Upon your arrival please

make your way to the Car Rental Return Car Park located directly next to the terminal. Cross the pedestrian crossing at the front of the arrival terminal. Locate parking bay's numbered one to six located in the car rental return car park where you will meet our representative to complete the paper work and you will be on your way in no time. We offer a meet and greet service at both the Domestic and International terminals, We provide a free shuttle bus pick up and drop off service from the terminals to our office only a few minutes drive. Simply call 0430008220 on your arrival. We operate from 5 AM till 11 PM We offer a free shuttle bus pick up and drop off service within the Brisbane metropolitan area to our office located near the airport. We will collect you from your location and return you to our office to collect the vehicle and drop you back on return. We operate between the hours of 5 AM and 11 PM. A good selection of approved reversible baby seats and booster seats available for children of all ages. The rates for baby capsules or baby seats is $4 per day with a maximum of $30 per rental or for booster seats $3 per day with a maximum of $25 per rental. From March 2010 Queensland law will require all children under the age of 7 to sit in an approved car restraint. GPS NAVIGATION UNITS are available for rent at $5 per day.
