The Applicant 1. Shall be acquainted, shall accept, respect and make respect by the User the commitments appearing in the present demand of access, the terms of contracts / commands placed by Renault to the company(society) of interim on which depends the beneficiary in particular the clauses relative to the confidentiality, the safety, and availability of Renault resources and Renault means knowing that this availability is subjected to the respect for rules and Renault standards, laws and current applicable rules and for IT Charter on proper use of Renault computer, communication and data resources. 2. Shall be conversant with the fact he is the only manager for any use or access to Renault resources and Renault means by a physical or moral person reaching Renault means, in any way, by using identifiers and passwords of his Users. 3. Is familiar with the risks which himself or the User can make run to Renault and civil and\or penal pursuits which can result from an use of Renault resources and Renault means not corresponding to the stipulations of the point 1 above. 4. Shall inform the Central Cell of Renault Administration of the early end of its contract or its training to RENAULT. 5. Shall not re-use the means of identification - authentification to the access to Renault IT resources (IPN / password) which was initially allocated personally to the user.

The user: Trainee authorized to use resources and RENAULT means in the frame and for the execution of its training for Renault or its subsidiary Mandatory data: IPN, e-mail address, Contract Dead line, signatures Commitments The delay of treatment of the demand of the User will does not lead 2 working days. No confirmation sent to the User. He will have to try, at the end of this period, to reach the resources and the means asked with his webmail password.
