Partner: T6 Ventures, New Delhi Feb, 2009 Present Currently consulting on new business model for an Indian non-profit organization. The Organization, Swaasthya Sanchar aims to operate a Health Care advisory-line for disease prevention and health promotion.
Developed a 4 layered business offering to cater to peoples health needs and mapping a Health Exchange

Network to help people navigate through the health touch points viz. doctors, hospitals, labs, pharmacies in a streamlined way using web and mobile platforms.
Designing the prototype to showcase the power/impact of the concept and align stakeholders to get feedback and

Started up company specialising in Personalised Web Search Technology based out of IIT-Delhi incubator. We used the same concepts to build the Language Transliteration Technology for web and mobile. Wrote the business plan and develop investor pitch to raise capital. Created demo systems, and drove sales and marketing initiatives. Attracted luminary VCs and distinguished personalities to constitute the Advisory Board. Led the product design/ development and R&D operations, and hired all technical staff. Conceptualized Algorithms leading to disruptive technologies to improve personalized search experience and Transliteration engine for Mobile phones.

SDC Engineer-||: Yahoo, India (acquisition of IsoftTech)

July, 2004 January, 2005

Initially hired as a software engineer to work closely with VP, Technology. We worked on Bloomba: a radical product that made searching mails meaningful. On VPs recommendation I was offered stocks and directly recruited as SDC engineer level-2 when yahoo acquired Bloomba. Part of a 25-member team prototyping the Yahoo Desktop Search on Bloombas PCDB technology.
KEY PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPED

Invented a multi-layered concept extraction algorithm from a given topology, to represents the exact intent of the topology and rank them using a novel human centric multi layered page rank algorithm. o This is the core of the Personalised Search Technology to re-rank web search results based of users profile consisting of previous searches. Worlds most adaptive technology for an Intuitive phonetic voice and text Transliteration across all platforms viz. WEB, Mobile and Desktop to text input romanized phonetic version of any world language over a mobile keypad using minimum number of keystrokes. o This is the core technology used in our web and mobile transliteration engines. This has paved path for numerous other usage like predictive medical diagnosis, Voice transliteration etc.
Worlds first technology to render any script on any Mobile phone; irrespective of device dependencies thus

enabling to send a multilingual SMS without downloading fonts. o Upon facing the challenge of devices not having local language fonts to display vernacular text, we got inspired from how a kid learns writing and developed this great piece of technology.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Writing a book titled Stand-Out, a simple self-help book to act as a compass for creating meaning in life. A compilation of the best read and experiences of mine to create value for oneself and others. Design of Business (self taught): Harvard periodicals, IDEO and Rotman Business School.
