Responsibilities: Position: The team leader for production system Responsible of the whole Frozen Dough Division managing raw material, production as well as finished product storage and dispatch. Development of procedures for the department (SOP). Worked as HACCP Team Member. Continual process development. I did my research project for my MSc(Food Tech.) thesis with the topic Effect of Carboxy Methyl Cellulose and Gum Arabic on the Stability of Frozen Dough for Bakery Products.
