INTRODUCTION
Strategy is the roadmap for achieving vision. Success in todays highly competitive environment requires that sound strategy be developed and then effectively implemented through projects. Projects enable an organisation to create change. They must be established with clear objectives that are aligned with strategy. This practical, skill-building programme is geared for Executives, Programme Managers, and Senior Project managers who are responsible for coordinating a set of projects that have strategic importance to their organization. This course examines the framework necessary to effectively develop strategy and implement it through projects.
