To find out the customer depth ratio (CDR), Product depth ratio (PDR), Cross sell performance in all products (Cards, Retail), Debit cards performance (transaction and withdrawal), Citi Staff which detail about who are all part of Citi and hold the products, and Daily KPI which include detail about no of cards booking, Sales, investment, NTB (new to bank) on Daily Basis.

Project #2: Creating PL and cross sell campaigns: Software Client Description: This campaign is developed based on the request of Decision Management Team. This program is to provide cross sell to the customers who is having Gold, Silver, Platinum Credit cards, we have to detect the customers transaction and apply the conditions as per the Ready cash Requirement document. once the analysis is done .once the proper document is prepared we want to post sample base to the PL team .The Pl team make an QA on it, after the confirmation from the PL team the final base has been release to the PL team. Project #3: Handling TRAI NDNC Scrubbing: Software Client Description: This process is to find the customers who give the permission to make call to them. Our task is to remove the customers who registered in Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. The DND customers are the customers who register their phone number in TRAI NDNC., we filtered the base by uploading into NDNC.After scrubbing download the DND customers.
