Bill of Material making, P & I Diagram study & analysis, costing with or without all taxes as per the tender instructions & preparing technical offer for HVAC & Refrigeration tenders & complete consultancy for the same.

Designing for thermal insulation of coolers & freezers as per ASTM standard.
Inquiry floating, vendor dealing. Responsibilities included Profit Maximization, Coordination with Project department up to the complete execution of the projects. Worked on the Testing Lab project having complete SCADA system where companys all products are tested. In this lab, we can achieve & maintain the required ambient temperature from Zero Deg C to 70 Deg C at which we want to test the product. As a part of technical support team in company, I also worked on some developing projects & products simultaneously - (1) Product development i.e. on project Spiral Hardening Tunnel 2000 Liters as a project manager which is an international class innovation completed successfully. To make a Bulk Milk Cooler online chiller that will chill the milk while vehicle is running. One Compressor will be run by Vehicle engine & other by diesel engine put on chassis. Also worked on project, Tube in Tube Heat Exchanger that is used to improve the efficiency of the Refrigeration system. Also worked on Sondex Software i.e. Plate heat exchanger selection software. Worked on 10 KL Bulk Milk Cooler Project & complete Testing of the same. Currently working on the project 5KL Liters Mobile Bulk Milk Cooler
