Instructions to candidates for Cognizant Aptitude Test 1. Please do not appear for the Cognizant Aptitude test, if you have taken it in the last 6 months. Cognizant holds the right to take suitable action against those who re-appear for the test within this 6-month period. 2. Eligibility criteria:

y IT: 2011 pass-outs with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent grades) in X, XII, UG and PG (with no
standing arrears).

y ITIS: Candidates who have passed out in 2011 with over 60% aggregate (or equivalent grades) in X, XII,
UG and PG (with no standing arrears).

y BPO: Candidates who have passed out in 2011 with an aggregate of 50% (or equivalent grades) in X, XII,
UG and PG (with no standing arrears). 3. A hall-ticket does not guarantee the candidate a seat in the test. We will verify your identity and qualifications as per our eligibility criteria before the Cognizant recruitment process. 4. Do not alter the details printed in the hall-ticket in any manner. You will not be allowed to take the test if the details on the hall ticket do not match our records. 5. Please arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes prior to the test for identity check and registration. 6. Please bring all your original certificates to the test venue. If you bring photocopies, the same must be attested with a sign and seal from the certifying authority. 7. The hall-ticket should be accompanied by a valid photo identity card such as:

y A valid passport y Voters ID y Driving License (2 or 4 wheeler) y A letter from a Gazetted officer or your college authorities with the sign and seal from the certifying authority

half across the sheet and continuing onto the photograph attached therein. The letter from the Gazetted officer/College authority must be on the official letter head. 8. Please bring your semester/year-wise mark sheets (either original certificates or photocopies attested with a sign and seal from the College/Gazetted office) as it will be required for our reference. 9. You will not be allowed to take up the exam in case any of the above mentioned documents is missing.
