There are a lot of religions around the world. Some of these religions are Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Taoism, Rizalism, Animism and Folk Christianity. These religions are somewhat similar to each other because they all believe in something but they also have differences and the differences are their beliefs and practices, the contents of their sacred texts (if they have), how they look about life and who their god is (if they have). Christianity is a religion wherein the god is God himself and the sacred text of this religion is the Bible or the Scripture. Buddhism is founded by Siddhartha Gautama. Buddhist does not believe in any god. Hinduism is a religion that differs from other religions because it doesnt have a sacred text, it doesnt have a founder, and it does not have the concept of a prophet and many more. Islam is a religion where Muslims believe that Allah is their god, Muhammad is their prophet and Quran is their sacred text. Judaism is the religion that does not believe that Jesus is the Messiah. Their sacred text is until the old testament of the bible only. Taoism is founded by Lao Tzu. Taoist believes in the Yin-Yang symbol. This symbol has many meanings and some of these are the yin represents the feminine aspects or it could be representing night while yang represents the masculine aspects or it could be representing day. Rizalism is a religion about people who believed that Jose Rizal is their god. Their sacred texts are the Noli Me Tangere and the El Filibusterismo. Animism is a religion that believes in spirits. Animists believe that there is someone who created the world they called this someone as Skygod. Folk Christianity is a combinination of Christianity and Animism. These religions has their similarities and differences but still all of them leads a person into a life that is good and to be a moral person. These religions lead a person to the fullness of life because each one of the persons accepted his or her own belief that there is someone higher than him or her. And he or she is always under the influence of that divine beings will.
