LET THERE BE GOLF.

727030 yards. That is soon going to be the ocial area of Golfers Paradise. The Oxford Golf Course is built on 136 acres of horse-shoe shaped land surrounded by the Sahyadri Hills on three sides. But that is not as picturesque as this gure a height dierence of 88 metres within the golf course. Add large enough greens to those undulations interspersed with narrow spaces and you have the best golfers in the world polishing their clubs in anticipation of the challenge. The sparkling white sand bunkers are congured to further extend the challenge. The signature hole of the course is the spectacular Par 5, the fourth hole measuring 563 yards. What truly sets it apart is that you have to climb 30 metres to tee o to the fairway below. The fairways deserve the adjective fair in all respects and the overall landscaping is designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding hills.

For those starting from Mumbai, the convenient part is they dont have to enter Pune City. Oxford Golf & Country Club is only 2.8 kilometres o the Bangalore Highway and just about 15 kilometres from where the Mumbai-Pune Expressway ends.
