ABOUT DEVELOPING LEADER DAY

Developing Leader Day is a bridge between businesses and the AIESEC talented students, as well as a platform for the top Vietnamese youth to challenge their mindset, discover their potential and maximize their capacity by engaging in speeches, panel discussions and workshops conducted by professionals from the leading corporations in Vietnam. Developing Leader Day is also an excellent opportunity for your companies to see the eagerness and pro-activeness of Vietnamese and International talents, who are your potential future employees. By interacting with these students, your corporations can gather youth opinions to gain deeper insights about their expectations, their capacity and attract potential talents to your recruitment.
