About the Young Talents Programme


The Young Talents Programme is inviting the best students from the Forums partner universities to the World Tourism Forum Lucerne (Switzerland). The Forums has enjoyed remarkable success with the Young Talents Programme in the past and will host its third Forum in April 2013.

Benefits of the Young Talents Programme


Successful applicants from the Forums partner universities will receive a free: a) Invitation to the World Tourism Forum Lucerne b) Flight in economy class to Switzerland c) Accommodation during the Forum d) Forum excursions (e.g. skiing, city trip,)

1. Participation at the Forum for 3 days 2. Individual career planning session with international recruiting company Korn/Ferry 3. Poster presentation session 4. Participation in the official Gala Diner of the Forum 5. Guided tour of Lucerne 6. Skiing and snowboarding trip to Mount Titlis

Programme Requirements
- Enrolled in one of the Forums partner universities. - Close to graduation or maximum of two years after graduation (bachelor or master) on the date of the event. If you qualify, start writing an abstract!

Partner Schools World Tourism Forum Lucerne:

Universities from India, Brazil, the Middle East and the USA will join for the Forum 2013.

How to Participate
a) Write an abstract on a topic related to the tourism industry. (visit www.wtflucerne.org for detailed information). b) Accepted abstracts will require a written paper. c) The best authors will be selected to do an online learning agility test. The Forums selection criteria are based on your paper and learning agility test. Have you any questions about the participation in the Young Talents Programme?
